Angelia Shanks
Angelia also known as Angie, was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and was raised by her grandparents, Samuel and Eula Mae Smith. She attended Indiana schools and later became a licensed cosmetologist and school bus driver. After many years of serving her clients and community, she retired.
Angie was blessed with grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and had the honor of raising some of them with her late husband. Due to her passion for the elderly and raising grandchildren of her own, she founded a non for profit business committed to bringing more awareness and gaining support for grandparents.
